I have always been terrible about getting up early enough in the mornings.  i rarely ate anything on the way out and ended up being total hangry around 10:00am.  recently i started making "healthy" pancakes on sunday's to have for the week. each day i heat one up on my way out and finish in my car on the way to work.

after about 5 weeks of trials, multiple additions and subtractions i think this one finally nails it.  i add 2 tablespoons of organic crunchy peanut butter in addition to my morning detox tea (recipe to follow).
