take a look at recipes i have created below.  there is nothing fancy, the instructions are simple & yes handwritten. keep in mind when cooking i never follow a recipe, i never measure and absolutely get distracted by some wine.  i eye ball ingredients based on my obsession with each and throw these together by reading tons of other recipes as well as getting inspirations from chefs.  change anything and let me know positive and negative feedback.  keep it salty.
